Okay
So I've been on the phone to BT to make sure that I receive my final bill and that I'm leaving - they said there was no note on the system and suggested I ring PN. So I rang PN and said that the order activation is the 13th November! I was told it was tomorrow (6th Nov by MattyC)
I've been given confusing information and I need someone to tell me WHEN my activation date actually is.
I've based all my plans for no internet tomorrow in case of anything going wrong and being left without connection, just to be told it's ACTUALLY a week later!
Come on Plusnet, have you got communication issues in your offices?

It might be safer to assume it deactivates tomorrow, and activates again in a week.

Sorry for the confusion. We have been given multiple dates from our suppliers.
I was referring to the contractual delivery date which was down as the 6th. It's reverted back to the 13th since this day has passed.
Do you still have service at the moment from your old provider?

Yes I do.
In fact the mac key had just been submitted when I phoned up - did plusnet forget to submit it when I handed it over?
If it expires - will you pay for my ETFs if BT ask me to pay for them?

When is a contract not a contract? When BT are involved!
