Having some issues

Hey all,
I have been with Plusnet now for a few months and up until recently i have had no issues with them at all. Recently though i seem to be getting constant dropouts. This just shows as sites not loading in chrome or the mobile phones not being able to connect to the internet via wifi. Also when trying to watch Netflix on the PS4 i get a couple of DNS errors before being able to finally log in.
Im not sure if this is also something to do with it but my chrome login keeps logging me out and i'm having to go though the 2 step verification with google.
Is this just all down to DNS?
Thanks

Re: Having some issues

You don't appear to be losing connection to us.

When the issue happens is it possible for you to try a wired connection to see if that's any better?

The wired computer seems to run fine during these disconnections, its only the wifi things im using. Its multiple devices too. Could there be a something on the modem making this happen?

Try a different wifi channel in the router's settings, test each of the following 3 channels to see which gives the best result:
1, 6, 11
Failing that your devices may just be too far away from the router, that or you're walls don't pass the signal very good.
IF you need help changing the wifi, we need to know which router your using.

Doubt your issue is the same though, not if the wired PC is without problems.
