Having problems with using Netflix with new fibre broadband

Until a couple of weeks ago I had an ADSL connection which worked fine with Netflix, but since moving to fibre broadband I have had problems with sound being either choppy or non-existent and Netflix freezing when I choose a flim. Has anyone any ideas or had similar problems?

Hi @mgnoble1,

 

Is this on a particular device? Through the browser URL, or an app (for example on a Smart TV or tablet). 

 

If it's via an app, on a device can you please provide the make, model and OS of the device. If it's something like a Smart TV can you make sure that the app or TV OS doesn't need updating.
