Have broadband access but my order not complete

I should have had fibre broadband ready yesterday (3rd may) and i have not had any notification of it being completed, according to my account and the  connection settings i do not yet have access and the expected date has disappeared. Here is the interesting part i have full Internet access and am cruising along at 38mb, is this normal Huh?
