Has my order gone through?

I've recently upgraded to fibre online. I haven't had any correspondence at all about it and is still saying pending. Connection date is supposed to be 24th.

I've had loads of problems when I first signed up and asked for fibre, then being told it wasn't available after a few weeks. Call me paranoid but I just want to check if it has all gone through and it will be connected?

Your order is in place and due for the 7th March. This will be the earliest date for an engineer to make the change at the cabinet. I see you've already got the Hub One router, so you should be able to get the fibre speeds straight away.
