Has my broadband been activated?

I've been set up with line rental and fibre broadband. The engineer came today and I've received a text that all their work is complete. All communication prior to this has stated that my line rental and broadband would activate on the same day.

 

This was followed up by an email stating that as my phone line was installed at a different time to my broadband, my bill would be split. I've never received an email or text telling me my broadband was activated.

 

Does this mean my broadband has already been activated and I was never informed? Or that there is a delay to my broadband being activated which I've not been informed of?

 

 

I've tried contacting directly, but all the phone lines are down, which is understandable in these times, but the online chat is also offline.
