Since forums are always full of people moaning and having issues, Here is a reassuring Post
Just changed over to plusnet today and despite my initial scares due to the speed checker saying i would get 50meg and i got 72meg from bt infinity, here is what im getting on my plusnet line.
as long as it stays like this i will be very happy indeed.
Edit: why does it have infonet as my isp ?

It's nothing to worry about. Some of the IP ranges used by PN were previously owned by Infonet and some of the IP databases are VERY slow to update their data. See this thread http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,126149.msg1140225.html

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
