Had to reset password and it borked the router

Last night I used my router for the first time,(it did work for a few hours but I needed to access my account) I tried to access my account online and couldn't do did a password reset, it told me it would update it, 2am I wake up to a room flashing red due to the router,

I've updated the password, factory reset and also waited a good part of a day,

I've spend more money than its worth on mobile data to just have internet this past week and was expecting a plug and play router, not a plug and die.

We've called Plusnet and they said they've seen no faults

Re: Had to reset password and it borked the router

I assume that you mean your account password? Check that it has been changed by logging in to your account. If this works OK then do a factory reset on the router by pushing a paperclip or similar in the hole on the back and holding the switch closed for at least 20 seconds. Leave it for a quarter of an hour and hopefully it will sort itself out. If this fails you will have to manually configure it.
