I've just had an email saying my broadband is up and running but it isn't working. The router power light is orange and the broadband sign is red. I've logged into the hub manager and then gone to connect to the internet. Got PPP connecting and then it takes me back to logging in. Anyone help please? Spoke to someone on the phone and they said to wait, but if I've had the email, surely it should be working? Even they said they can see it's connected and aren't sure why it's not working.
