HG612 modem showing 'null' results

Can anyone help - just checked this morning and all results on the GUI of my HG612 are showing as null. There hasn't been a drop in connection, or any other anomaly anywhere. Not sure when/ how this has occurred? Strangely I'm still connected without any hitch, just can't see anything sensible GUI stats. I've added photoshops of the GUIs. Would be grateful for any advice on what's happened and how I can fix it?

Your internet is still working so what are you desperate about. The HG612 GUI is rather buggy anyway and shows incorrect values for some items. To get accurate stats you should use Telnet commands to access the modem. I suspect the modem firmware has had a problem, all I can suggest is that you restart the modem, not much else you can do.
