'Guaranteed' minimum speed 54Mb. ACTUAL speed 7Mb ... what the hell is going on?

is PlusNet just a con? ... only joined last month and my Guaranteed speed is a fraction of what i was promised and the reason i signed up in the first place???

I also notice that it gets even worse after 8pm?

Does anyone from plusnet actually respond or are we left to our own devices until we get too bored/frustrated and leave for another provider?

Was that speed test done wired or wirelessly?

What have you done so far to get Plusnet to address the problem?
