Contact the CEO bug the hell out of them until you get it fixed http://www.ceoemail.com/ but try a new filter unless you have the phone with BB connection in one but you could take off the bottom plate and attach a filter to the line and see if that solves it if it does then it maybe the top part of the box that's at fault.
