Grinds to a crawl after 10pm

Every night for the last 4 nights, as soon as it passes 10 o'clock the internet grinds to a crawl. I can still load pages but can't stream anything. Been trying to watch a film with my family all week and is soon as it gets to 10 it starts to stutter them stops. Becoming a running joke in our house now. We watch everything on demand and it's becoming unusable.

Contact the CEO bug the hell out of them until you get it fixed http://www.ceoemail.com/ but try a new filter unless you have the phone with BB connection in one but you could take off the bottom plate and attach a filter to the line and see if that solves it if it does then it maybe the top part of the box that's at fault.
