Good download/upload on speedtests but consistent 5%+ packet loss

I have a good sync speed, and decent bandwidth on speed tests, but I have recently started getting consistent packet loss.

It seems to be worse to hosts in the USA, around 5%-10%, with the odd spike, which interrupts video chats and watching streams.

I've been running MTR to see whats going on:

Is this a known service issue? It's pretty [-Censored-] at the moment.

The link you provide doesent work if you are able to do so I would advise pasting it into a fault ticket at faults.plus.net someone should be able to review that then for you.
