Getting worried

My order is supposed to go live today before midnight, my internet from my previous provider went off this morning at 8.30 and still no confirmation of line active so told not to setup the router yet looks like there's a problem just hope it doesn't take long to fix

Don't wait for an email - it may never come. Plug in the router anyway, it will connect as soon as it can.

Get it plugged in I was only off a few minutes whilst OR switched it over.
