Getting very low upload speed

Have unlited fibre extra only gettintg 0.72 upload speed should be getting at least getting 10mb plus.

Hi @Kulj1982, I'm sorry for the issues.

I've tested your line and can certainly see that you're upload is running lower than estimated at 1.1mb (you should be getting about 12-18mb) but the cause of this hasn't been picked up.

I'd advise running through our troubleshooting here and getting your router connected into the test socket and raising a fault here if the issue persists. If you let us know once you've done this we can pick it up and investigate this further for you.
