I raised a ticket re speed slowing down again (Question #155358369), this was then responded to on Monday asking for suitable times for an engineer which seems to have been ignored, my suitable days were Tuesday which has been and gone and tomorrow (Thursday)...Would someone trigger a response please?

Still no response to my suggested engineer visiting times so it now looks as if it will be too late for it to be tomorrow now, do I need to give 3 more days/times?

Well, can someone advise as to what I am now supposed to do, I left avail times for engineer which appear to have been ignored, speed is still low/dropping... I am currently only getting 6.65 Mbps download...
