For about 3 weeks now I am getting speeds of 15mbps via WiFi and Ethernet cable , have reset the router and still the same speed . I joined a year ago February and my email states estimated speeds of 27-40mbps and a guaranteed speed of 22.4mbps is high I am not receiving .
I have tried ringing but just keep getting disconnected as pre recorded message say can’t help and try the forums . I have tweeted plusnet help twice and not had a single response .
Any members of the plusnet team read these posts as would really like to have this sorted and to look at it their end .
