I've been having some problems with my 80/20 service recently, I have replaced the ethernet cable between the modem and my router and even tried Plusnets router (yuk!).
An engineer came today and replaced some cables in the cabinet, the SNR margin has improved remarkably, was 15 down and 9 up, it's now 4 down and 4 up.
When I run a speed test over an ethernet connected computer I'm only getting 40Mbps, I have had a problem in the past when I was accidentally put onto the 40Mbps service, has this happened again?

Only via a remembered link
You need to ask for it to be corrected - I suggest trying chat as you can be doing something else on the computer while waiting for it

Seems to be fixed now, just waiting for G.INP to activate. If nothing happens I will reboot the modem in a day or so, interleaving is still extremely high but will hopefully drop.
