Getting disconnects - please diagnose
Been about 6 months since I've had disconnect issues, so great uptime thus far.
However, I've had four (4) disconnects in the past 48 hours (to my knowledge, possibly more) so if my connection could be tested by a member of staff to find out as to why this is happening I'd greatly appreciate it.
