Getting beyond a joke ( ticket number #141412582)

Opened at 5:34pm, Saturday 7 Jan 2017.

Two BT engineer visits (second one wasn't interested in the error seconds or access to the stats that PN had said were available on the ticket) - now on a new master socket (1st engineer) and a clean pair back to the cab (2nd engineer).

All internal equipment and wires replaced.

Still getting packet loss and an unusable TV service.

Phoned the support team on Saturday - was told it would be escalated to the Faults Team on Sunday... but I guess it wasn't.

Power Cycling the Hub 1 seems to make the problem go away for a while and it went away yesterday when the line went down under the PPPoE.

Would someone at Plusnet like to give me an update on when this problem is going to be fixed? I'm paying for a TV service I can't use when I want to use it and I really have to start considering if I should move to another company.

Edited to add : Did a reboot of the Hub One and packet loss is now zero..... So its either the Hub 1 (but the BTOR modem and TG router showed the same problem and cycling the BTOR made the problem go away) or its the port in the cab....
