Re: Gea test

Hi @williamsben16,

The first line (UN provided in Original Post) seem in line with the estimates for the line which are 25Mbps-37Mbps for download and 5Mbps-7.4Mbps for upload.

However, looking at the second test (For the username on your forum profile) it looks like it's provisioned on 80/20, so it may be worth considering dropping down from the Extra package to just Unlimited Fibre (Which offers speeds up to 38Mbps download and up to 9.5Mbps upload, and is provisioned on 40/10) to save some money as the estimates for that line are only 30Mbps-43Mbps for download and 5.3Mbps-7.8Mbps upload.

I'd also advise going through our troubleshooting guide for this line as the test is indicating the speeds are below the estimate for the line.

Should the speeds not bump back up within the estimates after troubleshooting, please report a fault over at https://faults.plus.net so we can investigate this further.

I hope this helps.
