could i have a gea test please, our internet has been hovering about the minimum guaranteed of 48mbps ish since we upgraded to fibre extra after first getting 58mbps presumably due to instability but now its dropping under the guaranteed more frequently and we have been having a few complete drops a day for past week ish or so sometimes shortly after/during rain
i do recall something about rain being confirmed as an issue a fair while ago and a "temporary fix" of a bag or something along those lines from an engineer a fair while ago which did work for a while but now its been raining more frequently the issue seems to be back, we were also told when we upgraded to fibre extra we would get a new router in case ours has an issue but we never received one.
