GEA line test request

My speed has been getting progressively slower over the past month. The last few speedtests have shown it to be below or at the downstream handback threshold. Tests were carried out over ethernet.

Could I have a line test completed please?

My plusnet username is the same as the forum one.

Re: GEA line test request

Sorry to hear your speeds have dropped.

Our tests aren't showing any issues and your speeds are within the estimates.

Can you carry out a speedtest here over a wired connection and make sure you click further diagnostics after the initial result?

I've attached the results from the diagnostics.

Could you please paste in the results from the GEA test.
