GEA Test

Hi,

 

Could I have a GEA test performed on my line and have the results please, would like to know what profile I am on for VDSL, currently chasing a fault up but not sure if the DLM has banded me?

Unfortunately from what I can see your connection isn't currently working so we can't see the profile at this moment in time.

Openreach have now fixed the fault on my line, I don't think it has done anything to my sync but could I now have my profile to see current sync?

@DeclanTM I think the engineer reset your line as I can't see a profile at the moment
