Profile Name: 0-128M-74M Downstream (is that meaning line is banded at 74M instead of 80M?)

You can see it yourself from the Profile which you have discussed at length over at Kitz Forum
As you have been advised many times you are stuck with it until the DLM updates

Surely DLM should resolved and removed banded after 32 days stable connected? Some say it might never restore it back unless DLM reset perform by an engineer or a phone call to support team, Diagnostic Centre of Excellence by PN staff.

I think lots of us already know the history - what's your point? Tomorrow it will be 33 days, the day after that it will be 34 days, and so on until if and when it changes.
Cap your own line rate to 73Mb, then you won't be being capped by the DLM. You will have beaten the DLM at its own game.
