In relation to this thread https://community.plus.net/t5/Plusnet-Feedback/Zero-human-interaction-on-a-submitted-fault-request/m... could I please request a GEA test. Brand new router, previously 37Mbit down / 7Mbit up line having very poor syncs, line drops, having trouble re-syncing, etc.
