It's probably worth keeping an eye on your connection as your speeds are above the expectations of your line so it's unlikely another engineer will investigate further. If your sync speed drops below 62mbps or you get further disconnections feel free to raise another fault at faults.plus.net and we'll arrange another engineer visit with yourself.

as i said gandalf mate the line still disconnects and isnt stable and its worse with the speed issue now

Hi @iangilf, I can certainly see that there's still some drops occurring. I've raised this back to our suppliers and they're requesting we send another engineer.

 

I've updated your fault ticket, if you let us know once you've replied we'll get it picked up for you.

ive completely had enough now

 

from a perfect line of 80/20 to this now

the engineers dont have a clue what there bloody doing 

he did a lift and shift to a worse [-Censored-] port by the looks of things i know why my line is capable of the speeds are even worse now im going to go else where after all this i cant be dealing with this anymore

We're sincerely sorry to hear that this is the case.

 

As your speeds have gotten worse and have dropped below the minimum estimate, although not below your MGALS, I've rejected Openreach's report that the issue is resolved and we now await their instruction.

When u have an update can u let me know please as this is very frustrating I've been working nights so stay up and wait for engineer on both occasions and it's gotten worse ...thanks very much
