@burnduck hi there your line was much similiar to mine. I had my line banded at 74Meg for almost 64 days after severe power loss and power cut intermitted by Western Power just a day before DLM kick in and decide to banded my line at 74Meg from 80Meg (which I have 80Meg for a very long time since 2014) However much thanks to @Gandalf who has raised my account passed onto BTw supplier as a DLM Remotely Resetted (caution counter) as part of the trial to reset my line without the need of engineer. And the line was successfully resetted by BTw and put my line back to 80Meg and removed banded line with all thanks to @Gandalf and BTw.
@burnduck if your line profile name is 0.128M-74M Downstream (then it appear your line are banded by DLM)
Here is my history stats of first DLM and resetted DLM by BTw:
