Re: GEA Line test request please

Hi @johng88

Welcome to the Forums.

I've tested your circuit and can see that your router is syncing at 40Mbps (the highest achievable for your product). No faults have been identified, nor Service Impact observed. The connection seems spot on from our side to be totally honest.

Can I ask where you have noticed this?

Thanks,

MoR

Re: GEA Line test request please

Thank you for the reply back MoR. I've been noticing the maximum data rate been jumping about a bit it's not affecting my service yet which is good.

7. Maximum data rate: up 18771 / down 66457
8. Noise margin: 10.9 / 14.2
9. Line attenuation: 17.3 / 15.3
10. Signal attenuation: 17.1 / 15.3

Fix

Hi @johng88

Thanks for providing that info - as my colleague has suggested previously, all of the above including your new data looks absolutely fine.

Please let us know if you see anything service affecting.

Best wishes

Dave
