Further diagnostic test , not working

Since moving to fibre last week (3rd) ,  the further diagnostic test is not working ( see attachment )
Can this be looked at or passed to the right department/person please.
Had the same issue (adsl) which was kindly sorted by Steve Crookes back in March this year.
This was the problem back then

It looks like there is an issue with the circuit details not being populated correctly from the Service Inventory databases when running a test.

Not sure if it's the same problem again ?
Kind regards
Mike

No idea if your problem is the same but I had this issue when using Chrome.  Switched to IE and further diagnostics then ran OK.

Re: Further diagnostic test , not working

I'll get this looked into again for you Mike.
Think I already know the answer. Not sure on a time scale to resolve yet though.
