Fttc connection getting slower and slower ticket 141679830

I was syncing at full 80/20 now down to 59.9/20 estimate was 80 - 64.7

On doing some research it looks like my exchange has capacity issues on the bt forums.

I can understand my throughput being affected but not my sync am I missing something ?

Hi Adam,

There's not much we can do at the moment as supplier systems are down most of today for maintenance.

I will check back after this completes at 5pm to check for updates and follow things up for you.

Thanks on twitter was told a vlan issue and on digging found a bt retail forum post about my exchange having issues !
