Hello.
Been with plusnet for just over 2 weeks now. Everything is alright except sometimes loading a webpage and it is becoming annoying tbh, could be any ie: google, bbc news, yahoo etc... takes over 20 seconds to load!
While it does that, the connection IS stable and does not cut out!
I'm on fibre extra and have the plusnet hub one router, also speeds are great. I've also disabled the extensions that I have in order to rule out any conflicts, but has made no difference.
Any help/advice is greatly appreiated.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Thanks for the reply.
My pc is connected by ethernet, laptop wireless, but not using laptop at the moment. Does not seem to matter whether wired or wireless. The slow load happened again this morning while using only the wired connection!

When you start experiencing this issue, is it with all sites at the same time? Or is the issue isolated to, for example, google while bbc is loading perfectly fine?

All of them at the same time. Going to try resetting firefox to see if it helps.
ps: even tried chrome, still the same.

Can you try stopping anything that's downloading or uploading next time this happens and try with 1 device connected via ethernet to see if that helps identify the issue.

This is a great site to anaylse issues with network/internet, it requires java enabled.
Though 9/10 it will explain what is wrong or at least point you in the right direction:

OK so the problem is still there and happens randomly and each time it'd take 20-30 seconds for a web page to load up!
It happens on both firefox and google chrome, with or without any extention! Does not seem to matter whether I'm just surfing, downloading or idle, while only 1 device connected (pc wired connection).
When it does happen, I have to disable connection via "Local area connection status" in control panel, so that it goes back to normal. This was not happening with my previous ISP.
Can someone look into this? Thanks

Whats the first two parts of your IP address?
Sounds like the same DNS issues that half of plusnet customers seem to be experiencing at the moment which they are so far seemingly failing to acknowledge.

It could be a DNS issue. Try using Google DNS or OpenDNS and see if the problem still persists.
