From BT to Plusnet

I thought there was no interruption of broadband service if moving from BT to Plusnet ? But my connection with BT is dead today and i'm not due to be switched to Plusnet till tomorrow.

Hi there and welcome aboard.

 

I'm sorry to see that things aren't going to plan so far.

 

We see that the migration has completed but we don't see any connection attempts coming from the router.

 

Try following the steps here just to make sure we've ruled out any obvious causes: https://goo.gl/tu2WWu

 

Following that it would be a good idea to report a fault over at http://faults.plus.net

I see i was waiting for the email/txt to say i'm now connected not even setup the router yet with user/pass....im on it Wink

Success ! The email saying my broadband had gone live went to a different folder.

Never recieved a TXT tho which i was expecting but all good now.
