I have just spent 20 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone, but as there was no answer and I have other things to do I thought I'd flag up on here to see if anyone from Plusnet responds...
I am a relatively new customer but my service has been running for 3 months and I get outages pretty much every day - actually 3 in the past hour - and the connection doesn't seem to be as strong - I can rarely get it in my kitchen. I did not have either of these problems with my previous provider. As this is using the same lines - why is this happening?
