I had a glorious week of around 50mbps down, it's now gone down to 38. Any ideas what's going on here?
The line felt pretty stable at 50..

I'm sorry to see your speed has dropped again. 

Testing your line isn't showing any issues and your connection seems relatively stable with the odd drop.

One of those drops looks to have brought your sync speed down to around 40mbps but I can see your sync speed has since recovered to 61mbps. Your download speed's capped by a profile on our side that's still set at the old sync rate, so I've prodded that up now. Can you do a single reboot of your router and retest?
