I am experiencing frequent dropped connections which are causing significant problems. I do not know if this is an issue with the PlusNet network, my connection (ADSL + fibre) or wifi within the home. This has been happening intermittently over the last week.
Are there known issues with the network at the moment? Is there a means to log my connection? Is there are reconfiguration of the router or replacement possible?
I have checked with SpeedTest and consistently see <20ms ping, 60Mbs/s down and 18Mbs/s up.
