Frequent dropped connection following "PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request]"

For the past week or so I've been getting very frequent connection drops, it's happening on average once an hour or so and is making working from home very difficult!

The rest of the log is filled with client association/disassociation (I believe these are WiFi related, could they be people's phones walking or driving past my house?) and blocked remote administration requests, which Google tells me are usual and should be ignored. The blocked administration requests are far more numerous than my connection drops and don't appear to immediately precede the drops.

Anyone have any ideas on what's causing the drops? Would a new router help, or any settings I can change? I can post more log information if needed.
