Frequent dropouts on Unlimited Fibre

With a fairly new router, my WiFi has become mainly usable. HOWEVER, even using a desktop computer with a LAN connection I am experiencing frequent unpredictable dropouts as well as the speed dropping from 70 to around 20 on occasion. The dropout is important as I am trying to log on to meetings from home during lockdown. Zoom and Skype can be almost impossible to use at times. And yes, I've done the internal checks!

Yes, same here, there seems to be no pattern, sometimes in the middle of the night when nobody in the house is using it.

PlusNet don't monitor connections for problems; they also don't turn up here very often now. You will need to ring in, or try reporting your faults at http://faults.plus.net/
