Frequent disconnects (Still)

Hi, I've posted previously about this issue a couple of times. Once it was more severe and got better, but it's still happening around once a day if not more. My fibre connection will drop suddenly, the router light will flash orange, then a few minutes later it will reconnect. On the advice of a support rep I moved the router so that it was plugged into the main phone socket rather than a secondary one, but the issue still remains. Each time I have queried this I'm told nothing is wrong, but it's still happening. I work from home and have been experiencing connection drops at the most annoying times, in the middle of important meetings. Please help!

Hi there, 

 

I've tested your line but we're not seeing any obvious issues. That doesn't mean to say there isn't one though as connection logs are showing the drops. 

I'd report it as a fault here http://faults.plus.net

Hi, thanks I've raised a fault. Since I posted this I had constant drops for around an hour. Seems to have stabilised now.
