Frequent disconnection

Hi

I’m experiencing frequent disconnection almost every 20 mins. The disconnection last for about 5 seconds after which it reconnects automatically. If I’m using my mobile, this would be unnoticed. However, on my computer every time this happens I get logged out from remote servers I’m connected to so this is becoming annoying. Can you suggest something ?

This happens often with me too, it does get annoying.

I’ve also been getting daily disconnects, sometimes more than once a day, and my wifi speed is way below my Minimum Guaranteed promise

I'm getting daily disconnections which require a router reset.

Not quite the same thing for me. I’m getting the dropouts and the router lights changing but then my router automatically boots to ‘normal’. I don’t have to physically reset anything myself.
My other annoyance apart from the dropouts is that my wifi speed is much less than it should be and can fluctuate between 9 and 29 Mbps (download). On occasions my upload speed has barely crept above 1!
