Frequent Disconnects

Started getting disconnects every hour or so...


Checked the Router Profile and i get this on the check...


Not sure if it has anything to do with it. Contacted Tech support and they have sorted out a new router...


Any Ideas?

Sorry to hear you've been having issues.

Our tests aren't showing any faults on the line so it may be a router issue.

Let us know if the new router doesn't fix it.
