I currently have a ticket open regarding frequent disconnects (205977626). I was asked to use the reset button on my hub and leave it connected to the test socket for a few days, which made zero difference, so updated the ticket 3 days ago.
So far this week, it's disconnected multiple times daily, but annoyingly during an important doctors call and a work conference call, both at the worst possible moments. I understand everything is super stretched at the moment, but is there any way to get the ticket looked at soon. The connection is so unreliable at the moment it's an absolute nuisance ☹️
