Frequent Disconnects

Had fibre connected in December and all ran fine until around April when we started getting drop outs. These have become more frequent lately. Tonight we lost connection around 9.30 and got it back about 10.00
What's the problem?

Hi again, sorry to hear you've got a problem? Any audible noise on the phone line (17070 option 2 for the Quiet Line Test if needed).
What router or modem/router to you have?

Could be a number of things causing the dropouts, without investigating it's hard to say. If you've been through the troubleshooting I'd get this reported as a fault at https://faults.plus.net

@mushroommrs this is definitely as loss of sync with the Cab - checked by looking at modem logs or looking at what the lights are doing when it happens?
Have you seen any change in your BT IP Profile? - check it here.
If it is losing sync to the Cab, follow the faults wizard as suggested by Chris.

Thanks. I have reported it anyway. Line speeds vary between 30 and 36 which is ok on 38/2. Have sent log with report. Lights seem normal. Neighbour down the road has been moaning too, also Netfix has started buffering again, hasn't done that since November!
