hi id like to ask someone about my broadband, i upgraded speed to 54 ... 70 , and they sent me through a new broadband user name to enter into my router how do i do this
Your broadband username shouldn't change on an account upgrade. I can see you're currently connected and there don't appear to be any issues that I can see.
