First day with plusnet and no connection, is it normal?

Hi

I followed the instructions, used my username@plusdsl.net, then my account password, but still can't connect and the red b is still shown on the router. Should I wait the whole day before to reach the customer support?

f today is your connection day, then it can be up to midnight for the service to go live.

Hi @Sebas thanks for getting in touch with us via our community forums

I'm sorry for the downtime you've had following transferring your services to us. I can see the work to transfer your service completed with our suppliers at around 5pm and we activated your account at about 8pm and you've been online since.
