I used to be with Sky, decided to change to plusnet, god knows why. I am making this public because I feel powerless and I think it's pathetic in this day and age. My fibre was meant to go live on the 5th december, took you 4 weeks to then tell me openreach cancelled the order, you then told me he would turn up today and get it sorted. I took the morning off work to wait, but nobody turned up and I haven't heard from anyone from plusnet. It's fucking discusting! Dick:red Avoidance of swear filter edited as per forum rule.
I am sorry to see things haven't gone well. Once this problem has been sorted, I'm sure you will be pleased with your decision to move to Plusnet. Looking at your ticket, it seems everything is now back under control and matters have been escalated for you.
