Fibre wont connect.

New to plusnet. All set up and connected with no issues. Now connection keeps dropping out every 20 minutes, light flashes orange for a few minutes and then reconnects. Is this teething problems or is there something that needs to be looked at?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing connection problems.

Our tests are finding a potential fault on the Openreach network which is likely the cause of the drops we're seeing below. I've raised this with our suppliers now and we'll update you via this ticket when we know more.
