I've recently upgraded to fibre extra and received a extra 10mb increase from 30mb to 40mb, then my telephone number gets changed and had to wait a week to get my number changed back. This was completed and still my broadband is now sat at 30mb like before. Also I was told I would be reimbursed for the downtime to which I haven't. Plusnet can you please sort this out as it's getting beyond a joke now and as you are not for filling you obligation to myself I am legally required to cancel my contract at no cost to myself.
Sorry to here about your problems been a weekend a member of Plusnet staff may not be able to pick this up for you today. The best thing I can suggest if your not getting anywhere with Plusnet is to raise a complaint they take a bit of time to get back to you but personally feel as though they deal with problems better.
