Fibre upgrade - upload speed increased, d/l speed static at 3mbps

Recently upgraded to fibre broadband but with no increase to download or upload speeds.

My estimated line speed is 48mb

Current line speed is 80mb

Actual download speed is 3mb

Can someone at Plusnet open the taps please?

How long ago did you upgrade? Have you received confirmation that the order has completed?

yes, although the order didn't complete automatically, we had to call after we were told the new package was activated because they had not sent any new hardware.

Okay in this case I would like to check if BT have adjusted your profile please go here complete the initial download test then processed to further diagnostics posting the results back here.
