Fibre upgrade - speed slower

Hello
I upgraded to Fibre today.
My download speeds are now even slower than they were.
They were 1Mbps they are now 0.34Mbps.
What's going on?

Hi,
It's likely that the new speed profile hasn't come through to our systems yet, I'll update this manually and you should be getting the new speeds within a few minutes. If not, try logging in to your router and pressing disconnect/reconnect.

Yes
That seems to have sorted it.  Just done a speed check and Download speed is now 31.95Mbps. 
I had reported it as a fault before I found this forum.  Can you cancel the fault report?
